President Obama is using the oil crisis to promote his radical political agenda to eliminate carbon-based fuels, a.k.a. cap-and-trade, and to accelerate the downturn of the American economy. The Republican National Committee (RNC) posted a video this week in response to the Partier-In-Chief’s lack of direction on the BP oil spill. As we can see, the President knows his priorities.

The Obama Agenda: The Fall of America Through Orchestrated Crisis

Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats are deliberately and unapologetically engaging in economic sabotage; simultaneously targeting numerous sectors of the American economy using orchestrated systemic crisis in an effort to overwhelm the U.S. economy and effect the destruction of capitalism and America from within. By using the Cloward-Piven Strategy to promote economic and social change through the exploitation of misfortune, national crisis and disorganization the Left is advancing government as the tool for reorganization. The tactics and intended consequences of the Obama administration include:
- Strategically planned “crises” to systematically takeover private industry.
- Flooding government with impossible financial burdens until the debt becomes unsustainable.
- Destruction of the middle class and sustained unemployment through “bailouts” and “stimulus” packages promoted as “revitalization of the American economy.”
- Devastation of the housing and financial system through the continued requirement of subprime mortgages to low-income Americans who have little to no hope of repayment
- Expansion of federal powers over states and individuals.
- Expansion of the powers of the Executive.
- Overloading electoral systems with successive tidal waves of new voters.
- Complete control over the media through “net neutrality” and the “reinvention of journalism“
- Promoting social unrest and violence.
First promoted in 1966 by Marxist Columbia University professors Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, the Cloward-Piven Strategy seeks to hasten the destruction of capitalism in America by expanding the welfare system to the point of collapsing the economy and implementing socialism by nationalizing large sectors of private industry. In their Nation article, The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty, Cloward and Piven explicitly defined the kind of “crisis” they sought to create:
By crisis, we mean a publicly visible disruption in some institutional sphere. Crisis can occur spontaneously (e.g., riots) or as the intended result of tactics of demonstration and protest which either generate institutional disruption or bring unrecognized disruption to public attention.
No matter where the strategy is implemented, it shares the following features:
* The offensive organizes previously unorganized groups eligible for government benefits but not currently receiving all they can.
* The offensive seeks to identify new beneficiaries and/or create new benefits.
* The overarching aim is always to impose new stresses on target systems, with the ultimate goal of forcing their collapse.
The radical Left worked insidiously for decades to establish the needed framework to dismantle the capitalist system in America as outlined in the Cloward-Piven Strategy. Concentrated efforts were devoted to increasing welfare rolls and expanding the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), established in 1977 under the Carter administration. According to Discover The Networks, the CRA,
For purposes of “racial equality” – outlawed redlining and required banks to extend credit to undercapitalized, high-risk borrowers in low-income, mostly-minority areas. The Act also established extensive government oversight to monitor how well banks were complying with its mandates.
Any bank wishing to expand or to merge with another was required to first demonstrate that it had complied with all CRA requirements. Final approval for bank expansions or mergers could be held up or derailed entirely by complaints — however frivolous or unfounded — where community groups like ACORN or the Greenlining Institute accused a bank of having violated the CRA.
The New York Post explains what happened next:
As ACORN ran its campaigns against local banks, it quickly hit a roadblock. Banks would tell ACORN they could afford to reduce their credit standards by only a little — since Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the federal mortgage giants, refused to buy up those risky loans for sale on the ‘secondary market.’
That is, the CRA wasn’t enough. Unless Fannie and Freddie were willing to relax their credit standards as well, local banks would never make home loans to customers with bad credit histories or with too little money for a down-payment.
So ACORN’s Democratic friends in Congress moved to force Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to dispense with normal credit standards. Throughout the early ’90s, they imposed ever-increasing subprime-lending quotas on Fannie and Freddie….
ACORN’s intimidation tactics, and its alliance with Democrats in Congress, triumphed. Despite their 1994 takeover of Congress, Republican attempts to pare back the CRA were stymied….
ACORN had come to Congress not only to protect the CRA from GOP [Republican] reforms but also to expand the reach of quota-based lending to Fannie, Freddie and beyond….
[In June 1995] the Clinton administration announced a comprehensive strategy to push homeownership in America to new heights — regardless of the compromise in credit standards that the task would require. Fannie and Freddie were assigned massive subprime lending quotas, which would rise to about half of their total business by the end of the decade.
Despite warnings of impending financial collapse, Democrat after Democrat continued to cover up and attack the regulations to protect Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, denied the existence of the housing bubble and continued to advocate for government expansion of home ownership programs. The CEO of Fannie Mae even publicly described the “family” connection between Fannie and Democrats, specifically Barack Obama and the Congressional Black Caucus.
The proliferation of risky subprime loans, to underqualified borrowers eventually led to the financial collapse of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the mortgage industry and many of the banks forced to issue subprime loans. The Cloward-Piven strategy is the taproot that triggered the financial crisis of 2008.
Francis Fox Piven continues to encourage use of the strategy. During the foreclosure crisis, Piven advocated civil disobedience by home owners facing foreclosure as a way to leverage the crisis to their benefit. Not surprisingly, ACORN was listening.

Seeing the opportunity to use the Cloward-Piven strategy to fulfill the Left’s ultimate agenda, in the fall of 2008 Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats positioned themselves to force the collapse of the American economy. Rushing from the campaign trail, Obama and Congressional Democrats advanced the passage of the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) nationalizing the mortgage industry and a large portion of the banking industry, while implementing Obama’s planned repeal of Clinton’s welfare reform.
The rapid escalation of the downfall of capitalism and the American economy was set in motion. As the Federal Treasury outlayed billions of dollars to finance the federal takeovers of private industry, U.S. debt increased dramatically, well beyond the ability of current generations to repay. Future generations of Americans will be indentured serfs forced to repay the debt accumulated under the Obama adminstration. Despite TARP’s passage and implementation late in President George W. Bush’s term, Obama has ignored the law, as written, refusing to return the loans repaid to the American people, instead spending the money at his whim to ensure the “crisis” will remain a financial burden to the American people.
As I wrote in Wet Dreams of the Great Marxist Revolution (Part 1, Part 2), upon assuming office Obama quickly moved to consolidate power using manufactured crises to nationalize many of the major American economic sectors: Banking, insurance, transportation, energy, healthcare, finance and education. Representative Michelle Bachmann (R-MN) recently told CBS’ Face the Nation anchor Bob Schieffer,
Now we have the federal government taking over ownership or control of 51 percent of the American economy. This is stunning. Prior to September of 2008, 100 percent of the private economy was private.
President Obama’s plan to ”fundamentally transform” the American economy was evident long before the 2008 election. In a 2001 Chicago Public Radio Interview Obama was already examining how best to use of legislation to bring about a Redistribution of Wealth.
Seizing the chance to increase the constituency of voters dependent on big government while crippling American taxpayers with debt, Obama and Congressional Democrats rushed a conveniently prepared 1073 page $819 billion Stimulus Package through the House of Representatives within eight days of President Obama’s inauguration. The “emergency” legislation passed the Senate eleven days later, and despite being marketed as critical to saving the U.S. economy the legislation sat on President Obama’s desk for four days before signing while he and the First Lady partied it up in Chicago.
Generations of American taxpayers are now indebted to repay billions of dollars Democrats distributed through the Stimulus to their contributors, unions, teachers, and community organization/social activist groups such as ACORN. Billions of Stimulus dollars to “save” or create jobs were extended primarily to the public sector leaving the private sector with an ever increasing rise in unemployment. Earnings for government jobs soared 12% above the standard compensation for private sector jobs. According to Obama’s economic advisor Robert Reich, the Stimulus was never meant to benefit all Americans. Reich declared recovery jobs were not for “white male construction workers.” The recipients of the Democrats’ largesse are expected to loyally vote Democrat to protect their bloated salaries and pensions that are contributing to the insolvency of America.
Unemployment in the private sector is rapidly spiraling downwards with no signs of recovery. We have 15 million unemployed workers, 6.7 million of whom have been unemployed for over 26 weeks. The month of May recorded a 431,000 increase in new jobs, of which 411,000 were temporary Census jobs. The Obama adminstration’s “rescue” plan increased unemployment benefits to 99 months, thereby eliminating the incentive to work, increasing number of beneficiaries dependent on big government, and amassing increased financial burden on the taxpayer.
The Stimulus, “jobs” bills and bailouts are failing to revitalize the American economy or reduce unemployment in the private sector. The nation is facing sustained unemployment at 10% or greater. This sustained unemployment, forced growth of public over private sector jobs, and increased taxation that must occur to pay off U.S. debt will be the death knell of the middle class. The Obama administration’s execution of the Cloward-Piven Strategy is straining the system to the point of collapse.
The Federal Reserve’s response to America’s mounting national debt has been to print ever-greater quantities of money, a strategy for increasing the money supply that leads to inflation and the devaluation of currency. Moody’s Investors Service warned the US is close to losing its triple-A credit status if the country doesn’t get a grip on its deficit spending.
Spending has its limits as we’ve seen in Europe. Thirty-two U.S. states are on the brink of insolvency as they can no longer afford to run their governments. Under President Obama we have witnessed the first cross-generational theft of taxpayer income, and a redistribution of wealth from the producers to the non-productive. It is bitter irony that the American taxpayer is funding the destruction of the American economy and the loss of their freedom.
With the intent to redistribute wealth and vastly expand the role of government, Obama and the Democrat Congress passed healthcare reform. Known as Obamacare, it is the ultimate actualization of the Cloward-Piven strategy. It is designed to overwhelm and collapse our social support network by forcing millions of Americans to become dependent upon government assistance through the threat of penalty by fine or imprisonment for failure to purchase the service. Obamacare will accelerate the finanical ruin of hospitals and doctors across the country, ration medical care, accelerate healthcare costs, and restrict access for elderly and low-income patients.
Like healthcare reform is not about healthcare, cap-and-trade environmental legislation has nothing to do with global warming. Its purpose is government control of the economy and the redistribution of income. The legislation mandates massive transfers of wealth from industrialized Western Nations to Third World countries. In concert with Obamacare, cap-and-trade will complete Barack Obama’s “fundamental transformation of America.” We, as a country, may never be the same.
The effects of cap-and-trade legislation on the American economy will be catastrophic. Reducing Americans to living in a Third World country as technological advances of the 20th century will be foregone for exorbitant taxation designed to turn Democrats and their friends into billionaires while American taxpayers become serfs. The non-productive citizens of society have been assured they will receive reimbursements for energy taxes paid, while the rest of America subsidizes their energy use.
Former Obama ”Green” Czar Van Jones defines the goal of cap-and-trade and the Green movement as complete revolution away from capitalism.
Right now we’re saying we want to move from suicidal gray capitalism to some kind of eco-capitalism….Will that be enough? No, it won’t be enough. We want to go beyond systems of exploitation and oppression all together. But that’s a process.
And I think what’s great about the movement that’s beginning to emerge is that the crisis is so severe… The Green economy will start off as a subset, and we’re going to push it and push it and push it until it becomes the engine for transforming the whole society.
Is there any wonder why Obama ignored the Gulf oil “crisis” for 38 days then denounced, blamed, and threatened British Petroleum with civil and criminal lawsuits? The oil spill serves the Left’s radical agenda. His inaction on the ”crisis” promotes the destruction of the fishing and tourist industries in the region thereby creating secondary crises, provides a ready excuse to shut down all new oil drilling, and will effectively raise the price of oil and food across the country bringing more Americans to a financial brink forcing dependence on food stamps, welfare, and other government programs. Barack Obama intends to bankrupt not only America and its people, but the coal industry.
And if you don’t believe Obama, listen to Representative Maxine Waters.
But to guarantee the transformation of America a rapid expansion of the constituency of new voters dependent on big government must continue. Moving to overwhelm government agencies with unsustainable financial burdens, the Obama administration is aggressively pressing for amnesty to 12 million illegal immigrants and their families. To contribute successive tidal waves of new voters the administration hopes to grant Puerto Rico statehood. These efforts alone will add over 24 million new voters and a several trillion dollars in additional welfare coverage, food stamps, healthcare, education, and income redistribution through Earned Income tax credits.
If the “crises” to date don’t overwhelm and break the American economic system, the expansion to voter rolls and welfare recipients will. When the riders in the cart outnumber those pulling the cart, the cart stops moving.
The Obama adminstration seeks to fulfill Cloward and Piven’s ultimate goal, the annihilation of capitalism and America from within. Since January 20, 2009 the administration orchestrated crisis after crisis using fear and urgency of calamity to force economic and social change on the American people. This is not “change we can believe in.” This is not change we want. Unless the American people halt the onslaught of destructive forces created by Barack Obama and the Democrats in the November elections our generation will witness the fall of America through orchestrated crisis.

Part 3 of this series serves up the extensive list of potential crimes commited by the Obama administration that establish their pattern of bribery, corruption, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to corrupt the American electoral process while reigning from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
In Part 1 I discussed the administration’s latest scandal, Sestak-gate, a classic quid pro quo for political advantage and its subsequent cover-up. Part 2 covers the inconsistencies created by the White Houses’s “coordinated” effort to obfuscate the truth and maintain hold on their reins of power.
The Crimes
The question is whether the offer by the White House violated federal bribery and extortion laws, among others, in the Joe Sestak matter. The administration declared they have investigated themselves and found no wrong doing. Reps. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Lamar Smith, R-Texas, in a letter to FBI Director Robert Mueller summed up the issue,
“Assurances by the Obama White House that no laws were broken are like the Nixon White House promising it did nothing illegal in connection with Watergate.”
Given this administration’s penchant for prevarication, this scandal may be an impeachable offense in the making. Bribing a candidate may be politics as usual in Chicago, but it’s still a crime. The list of federal violations requiring investigation in this scandal grows as additional details are released, but for now I find six intriguing possiblities:
18 U.S.C. § 4: Misprision of felony;
18 U.S.C. § 210: Offer to procure appointive public office;
18 U.S.C. § 211: Acceptance of solicitation to obtain appointive public office;
18 U.S.C. § 595: Interference by administrative employees by Federal, State or Territorial Governments;
18 U.S.C. § 600: Promise of employment or other benefit for political activity; and
U.S. Constitution, Article 1 Section 6: “…No Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.”
A former Hardvard Law grad and Constitutional attorney should be aware of the last violation listed, yet the White House admits in their Friday memorandum this is precisely their offer. But Obama administration officals have been implicated in at least five other known bribery allegations, and Obama is on record stating money, votes and power influence political decisions despite Constitutional law.
“I think that oftentimes ordinary citizens are taught that decisions are made based on the public interest or grand principles, when, in fact, what really moves things is money and votes and power.”
The Evidence
Most notable among the Obama administration scandals is Rahm Emanuel’s involvement in the sale of Obama’s former Illinois U.S. Senate seat by Rod Blagojevich. Obama wanted Blagojevich to appoint Valerie Jarrett to Obama’s open U.S. Senate seat. Discover The Networks notes,
When that failed to materialize, Marilyn Katz (according to Rod Blagojevich), contacted the governor and told him that if he were to appoint Jarrett to the U.S. Senate, Obama’s people would help him raise money from their network of contributors across the United States. Federal investigators alleged that an unnamed individual suggested a three-way deal for Blagojevich to appoint Jarrett to the seat, take a position with the SEIU-affiliated “Change to Win” labor coalition, and then have President Obama bolster the organization.
In an interview with Greta Van Sustern, Blagojevich stated,
“I wanted Rahm and sought Rahm out to be the middleman to make the deal happen. I would appoint her [Lisa Madigan, attorney general of Illinois] senator in exchange for the jobs bill, health care expansion, and written promise not to raise taxes on people. Rahm was prepared to do it and then everything changed when I was arrested 6:00 in the morning.
The second “pay-to-play” investigation goes to Barack Obama’s choice for Commerce Secretary, New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, who was forced to withdraw his nomination due to pressure from a federal investigation into how his “political donors landed lucrative transportation contracts.” Richardson’s scandal was well-known at the time of his nomination.
Last March, shortly before Senator Jim Matheson switched his health care vote from Nay to Yea, the Weekly Standard reported Obama was selling judgeships for healthcare votes,
“Tonight, Barack Obama will host ten House Democrats who voted against the health care bill in November at the White House; he’s obviously trying to persuade them to switch their votes to yes. One of the ten is Jim Matheson of Utah. The White House just sent out a press release announcing that today President Obama nominated Matheson’s brother Scott M. Matheson, Jr. to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.”
Sept. 27, 2009, the Denver Post reported that Obama offered Colorado Senate candidate Andrew Romanoff a position if he canceled plans to run for the Democratic nomination against incumbent Sen. Michael Bennet. The offer, which specified particular jobs, reportedly was delivered by Jim Messina, Obama’s deputy chief of staff. Elaborating on the Chicago-style politics of the Obama administration, the Post continued,
“It is the kind of hardball tactics that have come to mark the White House’s willingness to shape key races across the country, in this case trying to remove a threat to a vulnerable senator by presenting his opponent a choice of silver or lead.”
Then there’s the report that President Obama tried to push disgruntled White House Counsel Greg Craig out of the White House by offering a federal judgeship on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
The Chicago Machine is alive and thriving at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The Obama administration is trying to thread the needle through these scandals hoping to maintain the reins of political power but the pattern of bribery, obstruction of justice, conspiracy and corruption reeks from bottom to top. Despite claims of being above the ideological fray, Obama is an Alinskyite community organizer whose job is to sow discontent, promise answers, and move down the road before anyone realizes he neither cares nor knows how to fix their problems. Definitely not “change we can believe in,” just the same old hardball politics, only more corrupt.
Rounds of obfuscation and circular answers will continue until after the November elections unless the public demands a full investigation, including evidence gathering, to answer the questions:
What did Obama know and when did he know it?
Was an offer made to Specter to get Sestak out of the primary in order to bribe Specter into flipping his vote on healthcare? If so, by whom, when and where?
Why did the White House deny the allegations for three months before producing a statement validating Sestak’s charge?
What was the “high ranking job” offered to Sestak? And who had the power to offer it?
What is the precise timeline of Clinton’s offer?
Who are the “White House officals” who were “angry” when Sestak’s story broke?
Was Sestak contacted after his February 18th interview with a demand for silence?
What happened in the “private meeting” with President Clinton?
What did Sestack and his brother get to play ball with the Obama administration on the coordinated statements
Is someone in the White House trying to create a case for Obama’s innocence in the Sestak scandal?

In Part 1 of this three part series I discussed the Obama administration’slatest scandal, Sestak-gate, a classic quid pro quo for political advantage and its subsequent cover-up.
In summary, the scandal ignited after an interview 3 1/2 months ago when Congressman Joe Sestak explicitly reaffirmed he was offered a “high ranking position” by “someone in the White House” if he would drop out of the primary race against Arlen Specter, the former-Republican Senator whose switch in party affiliation last year presented Democrats with a 60-vote majority and the power to advance the Obama administration’s agenda undeterred.
After Specter’s conversion his popularity among constituents “nose-dived,” endangering both his seat and the Obama administration’s filibuster-proof majority. Without the guarantee of a Senate majority after the November elections, the Obama administration faces Congressional gridlock and an inability to continue their “fundamental transformation” of America. As a result, the White House conspired to ensure Specter retained his seat by offering Congressman Joe Sestak an offer they assumed he couldn’t/wouldn’t refuse. Using the Chicago pay-for-play tactics they attempted to bribe Sestack to drop his bid for the Senate seat in Pennsylvania so Specter would, by default, be the Democrat candidate on the ticket.
After multiple denials of a job offer(s) to Sestak, the Obama administration released a public response to the scandal over Memorial Day weekend in an effort to obfusacte the truth. In their rush they overlooked a mountain of inconsistencies and their legal ramifications, throwing sunlight onto the seamy underbelly of Chicago-style politics and opening the door to calls for a Special Prosecutor.

The Inconsistencies
The inconsistencies between the White House and Congressman Sestack’s statements lead to more questions than their “coordinated” statements answer.
The Obama administration is adamant that “White House staff did not discuss these options with Congressman Sestak.” Really? Sestak claims the offer originated from “someone in the White House,” but former President Bill Clinton is not part of the Obama White House. And Sestak has repeated this claim on numerous occasions. (Hattip: The NRSC)
On March 10, 2010, Fox News’ Bret Baier pointedly asked Sestak: “Did the White House offer you a job to not get in the primary?” Sestak answered: “And I answered that yes, and I answered it honestly.”
Again, on March 20, 2010 to Fox News’ Neil Cavuto.
“In order to get you out of the Senate race the White House offered you a job. Is that true?” Sestak responded: “I got asked that question as you know a few weeks ago, of something that happened last summer, a direct question. I answered it honestly, and I said yes.
And, again, on April 22, 2010, to NBC’s Savannah Guthrie,
“Were you offered a job in the administration not to run?” Sestak responded: “The answer, as I was asked this for the first time a month ago even though it happened last July, and I never brought it forward. I answered it honestly, and I’ll do it again. Yes.”
And again, May 23, 2010 on Meet The Press.
“I was asked a question about something that happened months earlier and I felt I should answer it honestly. And that’s all I had to say about it. I was offered a job, and I answered that.” You said, ‘No you won’t take the job.’ Sestack responded, “By then I also said, Look I’m getting into this….” Was it the Secretary of the Navy job?Sestak replied, “Anything that goes beyond that is for others to talk about.”
And again, on May 24, 2010 to CNN’s John King.
“You said some time ago that when Arlen Specter was still in the race, early in the primary somebody at the White House came to you and said I will offer you a job, will give you some kind of a job if you would get out.” Sestak responded: “Well I was actually asked by a reporter something that a few months ago that had happened almost eight months earlier… And I answered it honestly… I said – and I did answer it honestly and said yes…”
The White House admits multiple “efforts” were made in “June and July” for “options for Executive Branch service.” When asked how many times the offer was discussed, Sestack claims one 60-second conversation occurred in July.
“No, no just that one phone call.”
So who is telling the truth? How many job offers were made? And how frequently did the Obama administration attempt to subvert a primary election constitutionally determined by the People’s vote and not the Executive branch?
The White House denies the offer was for the position of Secretary Of Navy, attesting that the offer was for an “uncompensated position.” This doesn’t pass the smell test. An unpaid advisory position would not be a “high ranking federal job.” Sestak’s statement does not exclude the possibility that someone in the White House subsequently sweetened the deal with either the Secretary of the Navy job offer. What was the “high ranking federal job” and who would have the power to offer it?
But the White House’s position is, again, in direct conflict with Sestak who, when queried about the Secretary of Navy position on MSNBC’s Morning Joe show, responded thus.

The White House claims the offer was as a seat on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, which would “allow him to retain his seat in the House,” yet Byron York reported Friday,
Sestak was not eligible for a place on the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board, the job he was reportedly offered by former President Bill Clinton. And indeed a look at the Board’s website reveals this restriction:
“The Board consists of not more than 16 members appointed by the President from among individuals who are not employed by the Federal Government. Members are distinguished citizens selected from the national security, political, academic, and private sectors.”
As a sitting member of Congress, Sestak was not eligible for the job. And since the White House intended for Sestak to remain in his House seat, he would not have been eligible for the board after this November’s elections, provided he was re-elected to the House.
So let’s get this straight…Sestak was being asked to give up his $217,000 per year job, to serve on a board whose members are unpaid and on which he could not legally serve, in order to drop his primary bid against the incumbent Senator who switched parties to deliver Obama passage of his health care legislation and a filibuster-proof majority? The Chicago Machine moved to Washington and a disturbing pattern of bribery, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy to corrupt the American electoral process is now synonymous with 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The latest incident is a classic quid pro quo for political advantage and subsequent coordinated cover-up to mitigate collateral damage and obstruct the truth. In this three part series, I will delve into the scandal, the blatant inconsistencies between the “coordinated” statements of involved parties, and the potential crimes commited by the Obama administration in this, and other, pay-for-play schemes.
The Scandal
Set in a motion by a February 18th interview with Philadelphia news anchor Larry Kane, Congressman Joe Sestak’s allegation ignited a political firestorm.
“Were you ever offered a job to get out of this race?” Kane was referring to the Democratic Senate primary against Arlen Specter.
“Yes,” Sestak answered.
“Was it Navy Secretary?”
“No comment,” said Sestak.
According to Kane, Sestak talked about staying in the race but added that he “was called many times” to pull out. Later, Kane asked: “So you were offered a job by someone in the White House?”
“Yes.”
After disavowing the offer’s existence for three months, President Obama was forced to publicly comment on the Sestak scandal Thursday, but only after meeting privately with former President Bill Clinton, the sacrificial lamb upon whom the blame would be laid the following day. (How bad can the truth be when the sitting President has to bring in a proven perjurer to be his alibi?) Mimicking press secretary Robert Gibbs, the Obfuscator-In-Chief blathered to reporters at the White House…
“I can assure the public that nothing improper took place.”
In other words, he did not have employment relations with that Congressman.
As with Van Jones‘ resignation in the middle of the night on Labor Day weekend, the Obama administration used the Friday news dump on Memorial Weekend to finally respond to questions about the Sestack deal. White House Attorney Robert Bauer formally issued a legal memorandum stating, in part:
“We have concluded that allegations of improper conduct rest on factual errors and lack a basis in the law.
“Secretary of the Navy. It has been suggested that the Administration may have offered Congressman Sestak the position of Secretary of the Navy in the hope that he would accept the offer and abandon a Senate candidacy. This is false….At no time was Congressman Sestak offered, nor did he seek, the position of Secretary of the Navy.
“Uncompensated Advisory Board Options. We found that, as the Congressman has publicly and accurately stated, options for Executive Branch service were raised with him. Efforts were made in June and July of 2009 to determine whether Congressman Sestak would be interested in service on a Presidential or other Senior Executive Branch Advisory Board, which would avoid a divisive Senate primary, allow him to retain his seat in the House, and provide him with an opportunity for additional service to the public in a high-level advisory capacity for which he was highly qualified. The advisory positions discussed with Congressman Sestak, while important to the work of the Administration, would have been uncompensated.
“White House staff did not discuss these options with Congressman Sestak. The White House Chief of Staff enlisted the support of former President Clinton who agreed to raise with Congressman Sestak options of service on a Presidential or other Senior Executive Branch Advisory Board. Congressman Sestak Declined the suggested alternatives, remaining committed to his Senate candidacy.”
Hmmm, that’s in direct contradiction to Sestak’s original statements. Is it any surprise Sestak clammed up and refused to identify any other details until “the White House released its report on the matter?” Sestak’s silence provided ample room for the White House to manuever multiple alibi scenarios. (How long does it take to compose an alibi?)
This is Sestak’s latest version:
“Last summer, I received a phone call from President Clinton. During the course of the conversation, he expressed concern over my prospects if I were to enter the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate and the value of having me stay in the House of Representatives because of my military background. He said that White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel had spoken with him about my being on a Presidential Board while remaining in the House of Representatives.
I said no. I told President Clinton that my only consideration in getting into the Senate race or not was whether it was the right thing to do for Pennsylvania working families and not any offer. The former President said he knew I’d say that, and the conversation moved on to other subjects.”
Although intimately coordinated with the White House’s formal statement, Sestak is a prime candidate to become the Obama administration’s Deep Throat. Like Obama’s private meeting with Clinton, the clandestine meeting between the Sestak camp and the White House Wednesday was never meant to reach the airwaves. But silence is not Sestak’s finest quality. Whether intentional or not, he has much more to say about the coordinated affair. The Washington Post reports Sestak stated last week,
“They (the White House) got hold of my brother on his cellphone, and he spoke to the White House… about what’s going to occur,” said Sestak, who said he expects the White House will release its information Friday. He declined to elaborate on his discussions with his brother.”
Shades of a Watergate-esque cover-up continue as the complicit media lay the groundwork for plausible deniability. Tweeting a White House source told him Obama was kept in the dark about the bribe attempt, CNN’s John King reports (Hattip: Freeper Kristin)
The Obama administration’s institutionalized corruption led them to first deny, then ”coordinate” a statement in hopes of whitewashing their latest quid pro quo scandal over a holiday weekend. In their rush they overlooked several contradictions in their “story” and the subsequent legal ramifications.

Ayers, who will be speaking on the topic, Trudge Toward Freedom: Movement-Making for Peace and Justice in the Long Haul, is described on the event’s website as a “distinguished professor” who has “written extensively about social justice, democracy and education.” Dohrn is flaunted as a writer and lecturer on “international human rights law, war and peace, racism and justice,” and highlighted as a,
“national leader of SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) and the Weather Underground, [who] was on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted List for over a decade”
This is the same woman who, in 1969 after the Manson family murders in Beverly Hills, told an SDS audience,
”Dig it! Manson killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, then they shoved a fork into a victim’s stomach.”
The Left is so secure in the success of their radical ideology now that one of their own occupies the White House, they feel no shame in promoting “membership” on the FBI’s Most Wanted List. But Ayers and Dohrn aren’t your typical ’60s radicals. Avowed Marxists and founders of the Weathermen, a Communist-driven splinter faction of Students for a Democratic Society, the Weathermen openly called for revolution in America, and led a violent rampaging protest in Chicago. As if that’s not enough, they also took responsibility for 25 bombings including, according to Ayers memoir, Fugitive Days,
“the bombings of New York City Police Headquarters in 1970, the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972.”
During the “Days of Rage” riots, they held marches, smashed windows, and used guerrilla-style tactics to viciously attack police officers and civilians for four days, during which time 290 militants were arrested and 63 people were injured. Damage to windows, cars, and other property soared to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Although the group always emphasized that their targets were property, not people, it was around this time when Ayers famously summed up the Weatherman philosophy as,
”Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that’s where it’s really at.“
In 1970, Bernadine Dohrn released a tape from the Weather Underground threatening violence against civilians,
“Now we are everywhere. Next week families and tribes will attack the enemy around the country. We’re not just attacking targets. We’re bringing a pitiful, helpless target to its knees. Guard your planes. Guard your colleges. Guard your banks. Guard your children. Guard your doors.“
And according to Larry Grathwohl, an undercover operative assigned to investigate the group, the Weather Underground planned to “eliminate” 25 Million Americans, diehard capitalists who were unable to be reeducated in camps, if and when the group succeeded in overtaking the government.
Dohrn, described by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover as ”the most dangerous woman in America” and ”la Pasionara of the Lunatic Left,” would later be sent to prison for failing to cooperate in solving the robbery of a Brink’s armored car in which a Brink’s guard and two police officers were killed by fellow Weatherman Kathy Boudin and David Gilbert. Ayers avoided conviction when the evidence against him turned out to be obtained through illegal wiretaps conducted by the FBI. He was, in his words, “Guilty as sin. Free as a bird”
How much, really, have Dohrn and Ayers changed since 1969? In their own words, very little. As late as September 11, 2001, Ayers told the NY Times,
”I don’t regret setting bombs. I feel we didn’t do enough.”
In November 2007, Ayers and Dohrn spoke at a SDS reunion at MSU. Hear, in their own words, how they feel today about their actions then and now.
These are the faces of the Green Movement promoting social and environmental justice. Avowed Marxists who committed violent acts of terrorism as a means to overthrow the government of the United States. And they’re not only old friends of President Obama, they helped propel his political career.
The Obama-Ayers Connections
Recognizing their failure, Ayers and Dohrn moved from violent overthrow of the government to changing it from within the system. In 1995, the duo hostessed Barack Obama’s first Illinois Senate campaign fundraiser in their Hyde Park home. But the ties between Obama, Ayers and Dohrn extend much deeper than a political “coming out” party. According to Dick Morris, the Obama-Ayers connection,
“was, in fact, an intimate collaboration and that it led to the only executive or administrative experience in Obama’s life.
Steve Diamond, at No Quarters USA, called attention to Obama’s Developing Communities Project (DCP) supported radical school reform project with Bill Ayers.
“In 1987 in the wake of a controversial strike by the Chicago Teachers’ Union, the Alliance for Better Chicago Schools, or ABCs, was formed to lobby for a new Illinois law that would mandate the establishment of a new power center in Chicago public schools.“Bill Ayers helped organize the ABCs group, was its contact person and later its chair. Barack Obama worked on school reform efforts for the DCP at that time and the DCP was a member of the ABCs.”
The Woods Fund also provided additional financial support to the DCP in 1988 to support its school reform efforts. A program officer of the Woods Fund at the time was Ken Rolling who would later be hired by Bill Ayers and Barack Obama as Executive Director of the $110 million Chicago Annenberg Challenge.
Ayers and Obama concurrently served as board members of the Woods Fund, a Chicago anti-poverty, nonprofit organization that supports community-based groups and passed out funds to radical left wing and anti-Israel groups. Obama joined the board of the Wood Fund in 1993, serving as a paid director on the board from 1999 to Dec. 11, 2002, during which time the organization granted funding to the Arab American Action Network (AAAN), a controversial Arab group co-founded by Rashid Khalidi, a well-known critic of Israel who reportedly worked on behalf of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). The AAAN openly mourns the establishment of Israel as a “catastrophe” and routinely made defamatory statements against Israel, yet received $40,000 in 2001 and $35,000 in 2002 from the Woods Fund. Obama’s Latest Bailout: Another Payoff To Teachers’ Union

You may be unemployed, but according to the Obama administration more than 300,000 teachers’ jobs were “saved” through the Democrat’s Economic Stimulus package. But no worries, the Democrats’ payoff to union supporters isn’t over yet! You, and your descendants, still have much more money to earn which they intend to spend buying votes and securing party loyalty during their reign.
Almost unnoticed last Wednesday night, the Obama administration quietly announced its support for $23 Billion in off-the-books emergency funding to save educator jobs, and requested it be included in an upcoming supplemental spending bill to fund military operations and other expenses. ABC News notes the request also included an
“additional $1 billion for early childhood education jobs.”
Education Secretary Arne Duncan wrote in a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., posted on the White House blog,
“We applaud Chairmen Harkin, Miller and Obey for crafting legislation in direct response to these challenges. S. 3206, the Keep Our Educators Working Act, H.R. 2847, the Jobs for Main Street Act, and H.R. 4812, the Local Jobs for America Act, each call for$23 billion in emergency support to preserve education jobs modeled after the State Fiscal Stabilization Fund (SFSF) established in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). This funding would keep teachers in the classroom while helping to sustain meaningful and necessary reforms in public education across the country.”
According to Fox News,
The request comes just a year after an unprecedented $100 billion in federal stimulus money was allocated to school districts as part of the $863 billion recovery act.
Three bailout bills for educators, each calling for $23 Billion in “emergency” funds, i.e., exempt from certain Congressional budget enforcement rules. How much will the teachers’ union receive should all three bills pass? $69 Billion? Where are the results from the first massive bailout? And precisely what are the “meaningful and necessary reforms in public education?”
The culture of corruption continues unabated, disguised as ”emergency” funds.
Neal Boortz caused quite a stir when he said the “greater long-term threat to this nation’s future was not the Islamists, but the teacher’s unions.” Judging by the Obama administration’s bailouts of the education system, Boortz was not only right, but the Left plans to ensure the indoctrination of our children is permanently funded.

Amid blind support for his left-wing ideology, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka forgot his claim to represent the “working man” and joined Wade Henderson, President of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, in a letter this week to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, calling for the immediate stop of federal cooperation with Arizona law enforcement officials or,
“be complicit in the racial profiling that lies at the heart of the Arizona law. [S.B. 1070]“
But Trumka’s ideology differs from his union members. Recognizing Trumka’s support for Amnesty as an opportunity to undermine employment opportunities for legal citizens while increasing the union’s voting power and dues, union members are loudly expressing their discontent with leadership on the AFL-CIO’s blog:

New Civilian Army Hidden Within The Healthcare Bill?

How many of you are aware that the healthcare bill created another army?
Knowledge is power, and Kelly Wolf’s recent editorial at Right Side News deserves review by American citizens. Although Wolf couches the editorial as speculation and conjecture, it looks as if the “progressive” Left may have established a variation of Barack Obama’s private army. It all depends on how nefarious their intent is. On page 1,311 of the healthcare legislation passed last Sunday and signed into law by President Obama a new army, a Commissioned Corps and Ready Reserve Corps, is created. Wolf contends,
“The bill contains all the elements to allow this hostile administration all the power it needs to completely control and eventually destroy every freedom and liberty of Americans. It gives the government total power over the health and well-being of each citizen, making us supplicants to their throne of Government controlled HealthCare.”

Wet Dreams Of The Great Communist Revolution, Part 2

Part 1 introduced the Left’s wet dream of the Great Communist Revolution, the transformation of America from free market capitalism to government control of all economic sectors; whereby the American people are dependent upon the government for all products, resources, and services, how they will be produced, and who is to produce them. This is the Left’s bloodless coup d’etat in America.
Sunday night the House of Representatives voted for the passage of nationalized healthcare and the Obama administration now controls another 18% of the American economy, individuals are mandated to purchase a service under penalty of fine and/or imprisonment, and the IRS is set to enforce the law once signed by President Obama. Part 2 focuses on the remaining sectors under attack and how the Left may succeed in bringing their wet dream of the Great Communist Revolution to fruition.
From the outset the Obama administration implemented the Cloward-Piven strategy to overwhelm the American economic and financial systems in order to successfully seize control and implement their radical agenda. Using the deception of Cap-and-Trade they aim to takeover an additional 8% of the American economy.
The energy sector will fall under the control of the federal government through a convoluted attempt at economic central planning, increasing regulation and taxation of the American people to unprecedented levels. A Heritage Foundation study of the House Waxman-Markey legislation finds that the law “would make the United States about $9.4 trillion poorer mostly from reduced economic productivity and job loss.”
The bill raises the cost of energy high enough that individuals and businesses will be forced to use less of it, thereby centralizing control of the industry in the hands of the federal government. Furthermore, this bill contains a “placeholder“ for legislation to be inserted AFTER enactment, and an “emergency provision” that gives the President “almost limitless power over private economic activity and individual liberty.”
If the aforementioned economic seizures don’t ensure the downfall of capitalism and the American republic, the Obama administration is hedging their bets by debauching the U.S currency and bankrupting the country. The administration’s perpetual massive spending has reached epic proportions and is unsustainable. Despite a $2.2 trillion budget for 2010, massive government spending prompted Congress recently to raise the debt ceiling an additional $1.9 trillion, or just over $6,500 per person, making it the largest debt limit increase in U.S. history. The President’s 2011 budget is an estimated $3.8 trillion.
Increased spending, and its accompanying debt, will increase taxation to levels high enough to create disincentives to undertake private enterprise. Once this level is achieved, it remains for the government to fill in the resulting gap with public spending, such that private enterprise will be under the control of the federal government or will be producing products and services at the behest of the federal government.
The US debt to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) ratio is estimated to climb to 97.5% this year, an increase from 87.4%. And worse, the debt-to-GDP ratio does not include unfunded liabilities for Social Security, Medicare, or the $5 Trillion in Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac mortgage-backed debt.
Moody’s Investors Service has warned the US is close to losing its triple-A credit status if the country doesn’t get a grip on its deficit spending, if interest costs rise, if growth further weakens, or if the US government fails to successfully unwind its bank bailout plans.
President Obama has turned what began as a financial crisis into a recession. If not halted, his continued radical policies will initiate a steep depression throughout the country. Once the administration’s takeover of the U.S. economic sectors is complete, they will successful govern every aspect of American life. Those areas they fail to overtake initially will be implemented through seemingly benign legislation and progressively moved forward to achieve their end result.
State-led economies using Keynesian economics fail as the cost of the welfare state spins out of control. Individuals and special interest groups learn how to “game” the system and are no longer productive members of society. It is an experiment that is certain to fail. The Obama administration is focused on the power and control Keynesian economics provides them and their associates; the plausible justification conferred for their control of all U.S. economic sectors.
The radical Left’s transformation of America’s guiding economic principles from free market capitalism to absolute control by the federal government is nearing achievement. President Obama has succeeded in conquering a large portion of the U.S. economic sectors and is “fundamentally transforming the United States of America” as the radical Left’s wet dream of the Great Communist Revolution nears climax. If healthcare reform and cap-and-trade are signed into law the federal government will control 56% of the U.S. economy. In the name of economic development and national security, what shall they next declare their need to control?

Bart Stupak has been proven to be a liar when it comes to healthcare. But he’s also a cheap date! Two days ago this little announcement quietly appeared on his House page with no media fanfare. Hey, Bart! At least Senator Landrieu sold herself for millions.
U.S. Congressman Bart Stupak (D-Menominee) announced three airports in northern Michigan have received grants totaling $726,409 for airport maintenance and improvements. The funding was provided by the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration.
“This federal funding will help these airports better provide critical services to communities in northern Michigan,” Stupak said. “I am pleased the FAA has made this investment in our local airports and the individuals and businesses they serve.”

Communism: n. A system of government in which the state plans and controls the economy and a single, often authoritarian party holds power, claiming to make progress toward a higher social order in which all goods are equally shared by the people.
Vladimir Lenin coined the phrase “the commanding heights” to symbolize the sectors of the economy that largely control or support others, such as oil, railroads, banking, steel and foreign trade. From the late 1920s until the 1980s nearly all products, resources and services in the Soviet Union were owned and operated by the government. Like 20th century communist Russia, the United States is experiencing a period in which the majority in government view themselves as controlling the commanding heights of its economy. Prior to his election in November 2008 Barack Obama gave notice of the agenda about to be implemented when he said,
“We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.”
This fundamental transformation is the achievement of the Left’s wet dream of the Great Communist Revolution, the transformation of America from free market capitalism to government control of its commanding heights; an economy whereby the American people are dependent upon the government for all products, resources, and services, how they will be produced, and who is to produce them.
To understand the Left’s method and objective with the U.S economy, one needs to understand the purpose of the economic theory they implemented immediately upon gaining control of both the executive and legislative branches to “solve” the financial crisis. The economic principles of John Maynard Keynes (1883–1946) are highly prized by the Left because they provide rulers with plausible justification for their control of the population. In his book, The Economic Consequences of the Peace, Keynes begins
“Lenin is said to have declared that the best way to destroy the Capitalist System was to debauch the currency. By a continuing process of inflation, government can confiscate, secretly and unobserved, an important part of the wealth of their citizens. By this method they not only confiscate, but they confiscate arbitrarily; and while the process impoverishes many, it actually enriches some. As the inflation proceeds and the real value of the currency fluctuates wildly from month to month, all permanent relations between debtors and creditors, which form the ultimate foundation of capitalism, become so utterly disordered as to be almost meaningless; and the process of wealth-getting degenerates into a gamble and a lottery.
“Lenin was certainly right. There is no subtler, no surer means of overturning the existing basis of society than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose.”
The U.S. economic crisis was precipitated in late June 2008 by Democrat Senator Chuck Schumer’s intentional leak of a memo questioning the solvency of IndyMac bank. The memo triggered a deposit run on IndyMac which led to its failure. The combination of IndyMac’s failure, Lehman Brothers collapse and Fannie Mae’s impending subprime mortgage crash effected a gathering storm in the markets until September 15th when, in a matter of hours, a colossal drawdown of money market accounts in the U.S. caused the disappearance of $550 billion from the American banking system. Rep. Paul Kanjorski of Pennsylvania stated if authorities had not closed the banks that day, $5.5 trillion would have been withdrawn from US banks, which would have caused the collapse of the U.S.
Combined with mortgage industry failures, this electronic run on banks handed the Democrats in Congress the justification to utilize the panic for political benefit and initiate the nationalization of the banking and mortgage industries under the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP.) This early October Surprise propelled Barack Obama into office and provided further ammunition for his administration’s deliberate takeover of the private market. As White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel says,
“Never let a serious crisis go to waste… it’s an opportunity to do things you couldn’t do before.”
Immediately upon his inauguration, the Obama administration moved to seize control of the leading U.S. economic sectors. Igniting the first generational theft in the history of the United States, Congressional Democrats passed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, a.k.a. the Democrat Stimulus Slushfund, with a $787 billion pricetag. Estimates are that the true ten year cost of the Stimulus package is $3.27 trillion.
Within months the administration commandeered more than 30% of US economy, quadrupled the National Debt, drove national unemployment to almost 18%, and engineered their future control of the remaining economy. After mandating federal control of TARP-assisted bank pay structures, they explored ways to dictate pay at private companies, violated existing contract law, and promoted the completion of bank nationalization by demanding direct ownership in banks that might not otherwise survive the downturn.
Using TARP bailout funds gained through the threat of financial Armageddon and martial law, the government now holds majority ownership in GMAC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and AIG, as well as a large share of Citigroup. Despite the legal promise that all TARP funds outlayed would be returned to the taxpayer upon collection by the federal government, President Obama continues to reallocate TARP funds at his whim.
Control of the banking and mortgage industries is only one phase of the Left’s agenda. Executive and legislative endeavors have been established to control telecommunications, airline and railroad industries, subway and light-railway systems, the tobacco industry, healthcare and energy. Two-thirds of the American auto industry has been nationalized, violating existing bankruptcy and contract law between debtors and creditors as the administration handed controlling interest of Chrysler to the United Auto Workers Union.
House and Senate Democrats are currently pushing legislation which orders a complete overhaul of the financial regulatory system and forces the largest financial firms to pay in advance for possible future failures. The Financial Regulatory Reform Bill will give regulators and the executive branch unprecedented power over banks, bank holding companies, insurance companies, hedge funds, finance companies and any other company that might be deemed too big to fail. It will create a new consumer protection agency with near limitless power and institute a $50 billion permanent TARP. According to former Treasury official Peter J. Wallison, the bill will “essentially turn over control of the financial system to the government and seriously impair competition in all areas of finance.” Investor’s Business Daily notes,
“If we are seeing a far-left coup against capitalism in this country, this bill could deliver the death blow, marching Wall Street down a road to serfdom in the name of ‘social justice.’ ”
In a move to gain control of an additional 18% of the U.S. economy Barack Obama and Congressional Democrats are attempting to ram ‘single-payer’ universal healthcare into law against the will of the American people. House Democrats proposed the unconstitutional “Slaughter Rule” to pass healthcare by “deeming” the bill to have been passed and avoiding a direct vote on the legislation. Democrats believe the Constitution’s Article I, Section VII, Clause II no longer applies to them and the “process doesn’t matter.” Representative Alcee Hastings of Florida noted,
“I wish that I had been there when Thomas Edison made the remark that I think applies here: ‘There ain’t no rules around here — we’re trying to accomplish something.’ And therefore, when the deal goes down, all this talk about rules, we make ‘em up as we go along.”
If the current health care legislation is signed into law U.S. residents will be mandated by federal law to purchase health insurance, more than 100 new government agencies will be created, the federal government will gain access to private individual bank accounts, and the IRS will become the police force ensuring Americans have “acceptable” coverage. Failure by individuals to pay for mandated coverage will be punishable by fine and/or imprisonment. Heavy fines will be imposed on private businesses who fail to fund coverage for employees or if any employee uses federal subsidies to purchase health insurance, compelling many companies to drop existing health care packages or reduce the number of employees. Businesses who cannot afford the increased exenditures may go out of business.
Accounting gimmicks and political trickery aside, the actual cost of implementing the healthcare bill adds billions to the CBO’s $940 billion preliminary estimate. Financing the legislation for ten years to provide five years of benfits will lead to exponential growth of the program’s cost thereafter, and can only be achieved through increased fees and taxation on citizens, manufacturers, insurers and employers.
But the healthcare legislation is not actually meant to provide benefits to Americans. It’s a means to an end. Pedro do la Torre, of the Center for American Progress, confirmed nationalization of student loans was planned to coincide with passage of the healthcare bill,
“It was the plan all along. When the budget came out for 2010, instructions were given for reconciliation for both healthcare and student loans.”
Using the Cloward-Piven strategy the Obama administration is overwhelming the system at lightening speed as they seize control of as many sectors of the American economy as possible. The National Republican Congressional Committee has published a House Democrat target list on health care, representatives Pelosi and Obama are strongarming to vote “Yes” on nationalized health care. Please make sure that you find out where your congressmen is, and then go inside and ask his staff for a face to face meeting. Stay there as long as you have to in order to get a meeting. Ask your friends who couldn’t make it to DC to call Tuesday morning to say that they support you, but that they couldn’t make it themselves. This will send a powerful message to your congressman.
