Could Obama Use INTERPOL to Evade Constitutional Law?

Much has been written recently since ThreatsWatch first broke the story of President Obama’s stealth Executive Order (EO) rendering an international police force immune from the restrictions of the Constitution and American law. Reports are focusing on the ramifications of the EO to U.S. sovereignty and the potential surrender of Americans to war crime tribunals in the International Criminal Court (ICC). But is the President using the 2(c) provision to sidestep Constitutional law and place the U.S. under the jurisdiction of the ICC without ratification of the UN Treaty by 2/3 of the Senate? Or is he granting unrecognized authority to INTERPOL, the International Criminal Police Organization, providing them unrestrained power over the American people? And could he use these privileges to step above and beyond the Constitution, or as a means for political cronies to profit?

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano couldn't make it to Fox News?

Taking his vendetta with Fox News to a new low, President Obama sent an administration spokesperson to appear on every network but Fox to discuss the Northwest Airlines flight 253 terror attack.

White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs appeared on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, NBC’s Meet the Press and CBS’ Face the Nation. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano appeared on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos, NBC’s Meet the Press, and CNN’s State of the Nation.

Communicating to the American people the facts and status of an attempted terror attack should be of paramount importance to a President plunging in the polls, but Obama appears more obsessed with ostracizing Fox News than keeping the American people informed of the war on terror.

Twelve Months of Obama – A Christmas Carol

For his first lie in office, Obama said he’d be
A model of transparency.

On his second day in office, Obama let us see Two brand-new czars
And no sign of that transparency.

For his third lie in office, Obama said, “Trust me,
Three million jobs,”
Dozens of czars,
But no sign of that transparency

For his fourth gaffe in office, he made apology
To all the world,
But no new jobs,
Too many czars,
And no hint of that transparency

After five weeks in office, the trend was plain to see:
Five dates with wife,
Insults to the Queen
Wrong gifts to Brown
It’s Bush’s fault
And a tanking economy

After seating his cohorts, Obama told TV,
“I’ll shut down Gitmo!
Dates with Michelle,
Insults to the Brits,
Bowing to scum,
Lost the Olympics,
It’s Bush’s fault,
And the Jews can take care of themselves.”

For his seventh mess in office, Obama said, “Let’s see:
How ’bout cash for clunkers,
Release the detainees,
Fly Air Force One,
Bow to a king,
Win a Nobel Prize,
Borrow from the Chinese,
It’s all Bush’s fault,
And the answer is still Kumbaya.”

After eight weeks of hope, change, and bold audacity,
Dems attacked the right wing,
People and tea parties,
Czars would not pay taxes,
I Am The One,
Pardons to Islam,
Beer summit,
Cap and Trade,
It’s STILL Bush’s fault,
“And we need single payer health care.”

On the ninth tier of hell did Obama next decree:
“Universal Health Care!
Let’s shut down Rush Limbaugh!
More Latino judges!
Damn the Constitution!
Help me, Karl Marx!
Screw Afghanistan!
Polls don’t count!
Biden is O.K.
Bush is still to blame,
And we don’t need those Republicans.”

At the tenth grade of learning, Obama’s state party,
Crashers hit the spotlight,
There was egg on faces,
Desiree’s not guilty,
Bush is not the villain,
Late night shows are cruel,
Gibbs is tongue-tied,
This ain’t fun no more,
Ratings stink,
Health Care’s down the tubes,
Unemployment’s at ten per cent.

In his eleventh hour of tenure, Obama takes a B
For his performance
Achieving nothing,
Smiling at the cameras,
Bowing to the tyrants,
Snubbing loyal allies,
Mortgaging the future,
Discouraging soldiers,
Faux Nobel Prize,
Global Warming’s shamed,
Mike Moore’s pissed,
Stimulus struck out,
And Iran gave us the raspberry.

At the twelfth hour of year one, now spending is a spree
Twelve trillion debit
Laws made in secret,
Nobody’s read them,
“Just give me something!
We can fix it later.
Legacy’s at stake here,
SOTU’s coming,
Soros, call me!!!”

Please accept with no obligation, implied or explicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2010, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

President Obama is desperate to have the health care bill signed, sealed and delivered on Christmas Eve. So desperate, in fact, the First Family is waiting with baited breath in Washington, delaying their “holiday” vacation to Hawaii until it’s passage.

But why Christmas Eve?

With the Christmas Eve passage of health care reform, the implementation of Communism in America marks the replacement of God with government. Christmas Day will be hailed as the ‘birth of a new America.’  The Left is supplanting Christianity with the religion of Communism. In recent years they’ve succeeded in removing Christian crosses, nativity scenes and Christmas trees from public places paving the road to the birth of communism in America .

The Whine of the Moonbats: The Left Can’t Handle the Death of the Public Option

Pass the popcorn and pull up a front row seat. Infighting between Democrats is escalating as leftists and “progressives” turn their sights from conservative media onto each other.

What could propel a party in control of both the executive and legislative branches to descend into rancor and morass? Answer: equal parts lust for power, greed, and a need to control. But to control America, first they have to break it. And to break America, healthcare reform and cap-and-trade must be swiftly implemented with minimal attention to the movement’s true radical agenda (single-payer.)

Hardcore leftists within the mainstream media and blogosphere who for years have aspired to advance the Left’s agenda are witnessing their dreams slip from their grasp as Congress and President Obama fail to deliver promised reforms. What began with former DNC Chairman Howard Dean’s proposal to “kill the bill” if Obamacare didn’t have a “public option” spiraled into a media maelstrom threatening to rip the Democrat Party asunder. But this is where the fun begins.

Rachell Maddow, apparently short on content for her MSNBC show, chose to sterotype teapartiers based upon a few attendees who have shown up with signs comparing Obama to Hitler.

Was Rachel even awake during the 8 years of the Bush administration?

Happy Holidays From The President With Malice

President Obama rubs his middle finger aside his nose to Congress and the American people, but unlike Santa he brings no goodwill.

As 15.4 million unemployed Americans struggle through economic hardship during the Christmas season, the Obamas celebrate the month of December with their own ‘Let them eat cake’ moment: hosting 28 parties with 50,000 guests. For the average American, this ‘in your face’ saturnalia reeks of callow pretentiousness and undisguised disdain for their suffering. 

But that doesn’t quite demonstrate the depths of their animosity. Why just show Americans what you really think of them during the holiday season when you can also show Congress?

The White House feels compelled to flaunt the President’s support for ACORN,  the community organization group whose scandalous violations of the law, documented earlier this year by Andrew Breitbart and BigGovernment, prompted a temporary congressional funding ban, albeit reversed by the Obama DOJ.

To demonstrate the President’s loyalties lie with his former employer, the White House served guests and congressional members cookies shaped as acorns at Monday’s Annual Christmas Party.

Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, who attended the event noted, ”From the man who wrote ‘The Audacity of Hope,’ we were served the very redefinition of the word ‘audacity.’”

Americans should demand to see the expenditures by the White House for these galas. Although the acorn doesn’t fall far from the tree, certainly Barack and Michelle wouldn’t party on taxpayer funds while Americans struggle to find employment and pay their bills. If so, perhaps we should ask, “Where are the damned squirrels to deal with this?”

Green is the New Tyranny

When the Left controls the language they control the argument.

Ignoring Climate-Gate, the largest scientific scandal of all time, on the opening day of COP15 the Obama administration’s EPA pronounced CO2 to be a “dangerous pollutant” caused by “human activity;” therefore, worthy of regulation under the Clean Air Act.

What started out as global warming has morphed into climate change, and now through the EPA ruling, pollution. The Left has changed the terminology to fit their needs, and preserve the ‘crisis.’ The crisis is no longer about ‘climate change,’ it is about ‘pollution control.’

So Green has become the new tyranny. Extortion, the Chicago Way, has moved to DC. Now that the EPA has declared CO2 to be a “dangerous greenhouse gas” they have the legal power to enforce laws, extract taxes and fines, and control CO2.

Checkmate.

With the EPA ruling the Obama administration is forcing leading energy and industrial businesses, those who will be hit hardest by it, to lobby for passage of Cap-and-Trade so all other industries and businesses will also be penalized, in effect leveling the playing field.

One way or another you will be paying for their crisis. And they will be in control. They hide their confessions to using “political agenda, not scientific fact to regulate CO2″ behind the cloak of “Deliberative-Attorney Client Privilege.”

But every once in a while someone uses their language against them. Watch as Senator Barrasso confronts EPA administrator Lisa Jackson with the “smoking gun” memo.

And so, the radicals of the ’60′s in the Obama administration share Gonzo’s surreal sense of superiority. They know what is best for you and will force you into living their radical ideals, whether you like it or not. These people cut their teeth on the radical notion that our world was going to die because of man and overpopulation. Should we be surprised they want to place limits on mankind itself?

Congressional Democrats have pushed hard to force Cap-and-Trade legislation on the American people and President Obama is poised to sign away American sovereignty with his committment to the Copenhagen Treaty. But in the final lap of completing their race a little problem called Climate-Gate arose revealing that global warming data had been manipulated to achieve desired outcomes promoting the theory.

But why risk failure of Cap-and-Trade or ratification of the Treaty stopping their chances at ultimate control and wealth? They’ve worked too hard and long on the scheme to let it go down. They must have the money. They must have the power!

So in an effort to make an end-run around Congressional authorization, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is set to issue new findings declaring carbon dioxide (CO2) a “public danger, a trigger that could mean regulation.”  There you have it…the entire premise of global warming in one sentence fragment. Regulation is the game; power, control and money are the winnings. David Roberts, at Grist, notes the potential impact of the EPA’s ruling:

“A certain method of regulating CO2 under the Clean Air Act would produce a situation in which the EPA has literally unlimited power over the US economy, virtually every building and business in the US is forced to apply for air pollution permits, and some pollutants are being mandated and prohibited simultaneously.”

Despite the most severe recession and unemployment the country has faced since the early 20th century, the Obama administration is prepared to drive the nation into the depths of economic despair in order to further the radical Left’s agenda. Well, if this doesn’t get businesses hiring, I don’t know what will.

Media Proponents of  Global Warming are living in the Land of Oz.

On November 19, 2009 the world of climate science was rocked by the release of a collection of email messages, data, and data processing programs from the University of East Anglia Climatic Research Unit (CRU). The information collected as part of a Freedom of Information request was accessed and publically released by either a computer hacker or whistleblower.

Dubbed “Climate-Gate” the information revealed falsified data, rigged experiments, challenges to bar opponents from formal publication, conspiracies to delete information and the loss of original climate data supporting the theory. Since the story broke both the United Nations and NASA have come into question over their use of specious data as a means to support the global warming theory.

Liberal proponents of the Global Warming  theory within the media have assailed Americans for decades advocating Green Environmentalism and promoting the alarmist theory. As far as proponents go, they’ve been master propagandists, deliberately spreading lies and attacking opponents to further the agenda. In their world, Green is the new Red, and if you’re not buying Communism they have Environmentalism to sell you.

Global Warming is a deliberately designed construct intended to con you out of money, prosperity & freedom. It’s about control and wealth redistribution. Follow the money and you’ll see the media has a financial stake in Global Warming’s success rather than a deep caring for the environment.

In two weeks, the Climate-Gate scandal has gone viral throughout the internet, but something is noticably missing. Journalistic integrity and investigative reporting by the mainstream media with little to no coverage of the Climate-Gate scandal. ABC’s This Week aired a mention of the story November 29, and NBC Nightly News finally noted ClimateGate December 5, but fretted it could “delay taking action” on global warming. CBS is yet to inform their viewers.

Update (Dec 5, 2009): CBS Nightly News finally mentions Climate-Gate but questions the validity of global warming scepticism.

Even the Washington Post has finally seen fit to give some space at the top of Page One to the largest scientific scandal of all time, albeit on a Saturday three weeks before Christmas. The New York Times touched on the subject but ends crying, “Aarrggghhh!”  or whitewashing the entire affair. Translation: Damage control.

So as with Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, despite what you may read and hear elsewhere, pay no attention to that man behind the curtain. The liberal mainstream media wants you to believe if they’re not reporting on it, you don’t need to know it.
